This is at Crystal River State Park, in Newport Beach, CA. It is really cool here weather wise, but Karlyn and I were able to go for long walk on the beach anyway. Jackets were definitely needed. It's a gorgeous beach.

056:365 Colorado River - Parker, AZ
055:365 Emerald Canyon Golf Course - Parker, AZ
Obviously I did not snap this photo, but I'm posting it anyway. I went with a group of my mom's friends up to Emerald Canyon Golf Course in Parker, AZ. It was a beautiful 18 hole course in the mountains along the Colorado River. On this hole, we had to tee off and hit over a canyon to the green below. I hit my ball a little to hard and it hit the other side of the canyon. I never did find it. =D

047:365 New Orleans Bourbon Street
We spent the morning in New Orleans touring the French District. I had thought that we were going to spend a couple of days there, but after just a few hours, Jeff and I both decided that we had seen everything that we wanted to see. Jeff really wanted to see Bourbon Street, so he was happy. We also watched a jazz band play for a while, and toured the second oldest church in the country. It was fun and we both enjoyed the city, but now I've seen it.

I-75 traffic
We left Fort Myers Beach this morning and were planning on staying somewhere on the Florida panhandle this evening. Somewhere just a little south of Gainesville, traffic came to a complete stop on the interstate. Bumper to bumper stop and go. We never went more than three mph. It was very frustrating, but I turned on the radio and heard that there had been an accident and we would need to exit at exit 174. We went quite a while before I saw that we were only at 170.2, and we had already been on there for a little over an hour. I was trying to be patient, since there was nothing that I could do except thank the good lord that it wasn't us and we were OK. While on the interstate we passed a truck that was hauling an oversize pontoon boat. It was very recognizable. Well, needless to say, Jeff has the patience of a flea and it was very trying just to keep my patience with him. He finally "convinced" me to turn around at one of turn around in the middle of the highway. (Very illegal I might add.) I was not happy about this, but was getting more tired of his griping so I turned around. Well after a few heated words we were backtracking and on our way, at least not stuck in traffic any more. Jeff chided me about him being right and we laughed it off. About an hour later we caught up with the oversize pontoon boat. He actually made it through the traffic in less time than it took us to backtrack. Jeff's Valentine's gift today is me not telling him "I told you so". Sidenote: We talked to an officer before getting back on the highway and he said that traffic was backed up for 10 miles. Whew!! This photo was taken in my rearview mirror while we were stopped.

042:365 Camera
There is nothing special about this photo at all. We had been busy all day and I hadn't taken a single photo. It was raining and foggy most of the day, then we went to an RV show and shopping at the outlet mall. I had to hurry up and find something for my photo of the day, and came up with this. My camera is very special to me. I am loving it. It has traveled to a lot of places and seen a lot of things with me. Too bad that this photo is not even in focus.

Fort Myers Beach
Warning: This is a really looongggg post. Well, there are a LOT of photos, but not a lot of story. I decided that one of the things that attracted me to Fort Myers Beach when we first arrived was the color of all the buildings and surroundings. It was just so beachy. I went for a walk this morning, (in the fog) and snapped quite a few photos. These are definitely not high quality photos, just something for me to remember my time here.
