Day 002 Clouds

The theme for today was clouds, and wouldn't you know by the time that I got out, all the clouds were gone. This morning I was thinking that I would head to downtown Fargo and try to get some cloud reflections off of a big building, but that didn't work out. These were the only clouds that I could find, way off in the distance. It's still a pretty photo though.

P-man and I went for a walk down to the river this evening. I was on a quest looking for clouds for my other project, but it was a clear evening. I did find the texture of this tree interesting though.

Day 001 Window

I have started a new photo project for this year. I have joined a group that sends a new theme each day for a photo inspiration. Day 1's theme was 'window'. This is the view out of the dining room window at Dereks's house. There is still a little color to enjoy during the winter.

We went to the mall today for a few minutes. P-man and I went to throw pennies in the fountain. I should have stopped for a roll of pennies before we got there. Next time I'll know.

These are the 'decorative' rocks in the front of my house. As you can see, there is very little snow still. I guess that if we have to spend a winter at home, we're lucky it was this year.

2012 028:366 Delta Waterfowl Banquet

I helped the Women of Wilton serve at the Delta Waterfowl banquet this evening. They have been doing this for years and have quite a system. We ended up serving almost 250 people in just a short amount of time.
